When first entering the office you receive a very warm welcome from CM in reception. A short wait to see Clark McLeod with an informative brief on the property with some good market advice for us to consider. Returned the next day to place an offer and again got good advice regarding the presentation of the offer. Within 24 hours Clark rang to advise we were the successful bidders.
