When first entering the office you receive a very warm welcome from CM in reception. A short wait to see Clark McLeod with an informative brief on the property with some good market advice for us to consider. Returned the next day to place an offer and again got good advice regarding the presentation of the offer. Within 24 hours Clark rang to advise we were the successful bidders. I couldn't fault Angela. Her approach to the sale was professional and strategic. She worked very hard to get the best deal for us. She is genuine salt of the earth and I'm sure that resonated with potential purchasers as well as us and helped achieve multiple offers. Angela kept in touch with us throughout the process and was very responsive to any queries. She is lovely thoughtful person (she arrived with lunch on pack up day and offered all sorts of other help.)

She's no pushover though. When issues arose, she had a very clear, calm response and a steely resolve to sort things out for us. Angela is a great person to have in your corner. Highly recommended.
