Dulcie Ellis

Dulcie has joined McLeod Real Estate and continues her success in the Real Estate market. Dulcie has lived in Ashburton for almost 30 years and is married to Mark who is the Principal of Rakaia School. They have two grown children and a grandson to complete their family.

Dulcie’s passion for real estate is evident in her positive and enthusiastic approach to the sale of a property, bringing determination and a successful track record to achieve sales. Starting her sales career in 2016, Dulcie has achieved several awards with her previous company cementing her success and values in the industry.

Many of Dulcie’s clients say that the thing they like about her the most is her communication during the process. They recognize that she is passionate about her role in the marketing and selling of their home and doing what she loves.

Dulcie’s point of difference is her belief in Dream, Vision, Result (DVR). This simple DVR process helps her clients and customers achieve their “Dreams”, with a shared “Vision” and the best “Result”. On occasions, Dulcie has helped her clients with the staging of their homes to help bring their property to the market.

In Dulcie’s previous employment she has worked with New Zealand clothing & textile designers plus a ten-year commitment as a customer service consultant at the local BNZ as well as eight months at the Ashburton District Council.
