My husband and I go around open-houses with our casual clothes, nothing fancy at all. A lot of agents won't even talk to us aside from the usual "Hello; Come in; Pls log your name and number" With Angela, she talked to us about the house and even encouraged us to ask any question we might have in mind. She even told us to message or call her if we have further enquiries. She also reached out to us after that day. That is when we decided, we are going to have business with her. We asked Angela to sell my elderly mother's house in Ashburton, after she had come highly recommended to us. I couldn't fault Angela. Her approach to the sale was professional and strategic. She worked very hard to get the best deal for us. She is genuine salt of the earth and I'm sure that resonated with potential purchasers as well as us and helped achieve multiple offers. Angela kept in touch with us throughout the process and was very responsive to any queries. She is lovely thoughtful person (she arrived with lunch on pack up day and offered all sorts of other help.)
